Pigeons Lodge
is an eco-friendly lodge-style accommodation set in 2.5 acres of native New
Zealand bush on the waters edge overlooking Shoal Bay and can accommodate up
to 10 guests.
| Three Main Lodge
Bedrooms |
The Lodge has
three main bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom. The downstairs
bedroom, overlooking the front gardens is adjacent to the guest lounge and
has views of the bay. Upstairs, the front bedroom has views across the bay
and the third bedroom has views over the lush garden. The upstairs bedrooms
share a small deck which has views of the gardens and bay.
Also available at Pigeons Lodge are
two attached units each with its own double room, bathroom, kitchen with a
single gas burner. The units share a deck and a gas barbeque. Both units have
stunning views through the bush and over the bay.
Guests have access
to tea and coffee facilities and a well stocked bar in the guest lounge and
dining area. Breakfasts are a treat and consist of fruit juice, muesli, fresh
seasonal fruit, yoghurt,
a cooked second course, toast, tea and
coffee. There's no better place to enjoy breakfast than under the morning sunshine
on the deck listening to the morning chorus of birds.
